1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
• Domestic: All states and union territories across India.
• International: Select countries worldwide. International availability is shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at azkacreation0@gmail.com.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of order dispatch, not the date of order placement. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

3. Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
• During sale periods or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value as periodically announced on our website.
• For international orders, shipping charges vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Your tracking number
• The name of the courier/logistics partner
• A link to track your shipment
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly on the courier's website. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
• High order volumes during sales or festive seasons
• Weather conditions or natural events
• Courier operational issues or strikes
• Customs clearance for international shipments
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Azka Creation is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.
• If a package is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, unclaimed), re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items).
• Provide your order number, tracking number, and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve your case as quickly as possible. Resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
9. International Shipping
• International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and local taxes imposed by the destination country.
• These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by us.
• Azka Creation has no control over customs processes and cannot predict delays caused by customs clearance.
• If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or customs rejection, we are not responsible for the associated costs.
10. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. Azka Creation is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately at azkacreation0@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
